At Sound Solutions,
each project begins with a visit with one of our experienced sales managers. During this visit, we will learn about your home or company and what you would like to accomplish with an automation system and your budget for the project. Following the initial meeting, our team will put together a brief overview of what types of equipment and likely timeline are needed to accomplish your goals and discuss it with you.
The next step is a preliminary design and estimate for your review. We will also want to meet with your interior designer and/or contractor to assure that our proposal can be accomplished within your home or business. You will be expected to pay a minimal design and consulting fee for this work and meetings to be accomplished. You will be allowed to keep the design proposal. If you choose to move forward with the final design and installation plans, this amount will be deducted from the total due.
Once you have approved your plan and signed a contract with Sound Solutions to continue the work for your home, we will complete final designs and equipment selections. A detailed estimate will also be prepared and presented to you. Additional meetings with you and your contractor/designer and other members of the team working on your home will be needed to assure that the final design is correct for your home. At this time, the schedule for the work to be completed will also be outlined.
Once the physical work by the Sound Solutions team begins on your home, we will continue to work closely with you and your construction team to complete the project in line with your home automation goals.
The final step of our installation process is to walk you through your completed project and deliver the automation pass codes to you. Information on product warranty is outlined in your contract with Sound Solutions.
